How We Are Dealing with C   VID-19

As part of our operating safety precautions we have implemented the following:

• Limited the amount of people in the store at a time. Our text notification system allows customers to walk away and be alerted when their machine cycle is complete

 

• Signage inside the store to reinforce physical distancing, guide customer traffic flow and hygiene

 

• Some seating has been removed to help maintain physical distancing with the option of receiving a text message when your laundry cycle is complete

 

• Increased cleaning frequency of our equipment and high-traffic areas using best practices and products identified by health organizations

 

• Readily available hand sanitizer and clean bathroom facilities which are regularly disinfected

 

• Encourage the use of our app or card payment capabilities to limit the amount of money being handled by the staff and customers

 

• Installed plexiglass shield to separate staff from customers

 

• Always having a member of the staff onsite to ensure compliance with our social distancing protocols and all stipulated governmental regulations
